Christopher Robert Evans, born June 13, 1981, is an American actress. His career began with television roles, including Opposite Sext in the year 2000. After appearing in several film for teenagers, including Not Another Teen Movie in 2001, Evans became famous for playing the Marvel Comics Character the Human Torch. Evans was also featured in film versions of graphic novels and comics like TMNT (2007), Scott Pilgrim vs. the World (2009), Snowpiercer (2003). He played Steve Rogers as Captain America is featured in Marvel's Marvel Cinematic Universe films Captain America: The First Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014, 2015), Captain America: Civil War (2016) and Avengers: Infinity War (2018) and Endgame 2019 brought him greater recognition. The work he did on the Marvel series has established him as one of the top-paid actors.
